Frozen seafood, kept simple

Cold water. Clean flavour.

Wild-caught and frozen at the point of landing, so the texture and sweetness survive the journey. Every fillet, steak and shell is portioned, labelled and ready for the pan.

Why it works

Built around the cold chain

A short, honest chain: frozen at the source, kept cold all the way, cooked the way you like it.

Frozen once, never twice

Everything is frozen at the point of landing and stays that way until it reaches your kitchen.

Cut the way you cook

Steaks, chunks and whole fish are portioned so you can cook what you need and keep the rest.

Straight off the ice

Frozen at sea, then moved into cold storage without a thaw in between.

How the cold chain works

From the boat to your bench, kept cold the whole way.

No mystery ice, no re-frozen stock. Here is exactly what happens between the deck and your door.

  1. 01

    Frozen on deck

The catch goes into the hold at low temperature while the boat is still out.

  2. 02

    Graded and cut

Each catch is sorted, trimmed and portioned before it is packed.

  3. 03

    Sealed and labelled

Vacuum sealed with the species, the cut and cooking notes on the pack.

  4. 04

    Tracked to the door

Every box travels cold and is checked before it is handed over.

What people cook with it

Loved by home cooks and weeknight regulars.

The steaks came out of the pack cold and clean. Straight into the pan and the skin crisped beautifully.

I like knowing exactly which cut I am getting. The notes on the pack took the guesswork out of it.

Ordered for a family dinner and still had plenty left. The clams opened sweet and clean.
